I am a certified special education teacher who has been teaching people with special needs, including ADHD for over 35 years, I began my coaching journey in 2012, and I am a proud graduate of ADD Coach Academy, and Professional Certified Coach from ICF.
I collaborate with clients who are impacted by ADHD, and those who experience executive function challenges. These can include difficulty in planning, prioritizing, organizing, time management, and screening out distractions. I specialize in working with overwhelmed parents, who have busy lives and don't know how to begin to organize it all. I support my clients so they feel empowered to set and achieve personal goals, identify strengths and learning styles, and gain a new perspective to move forward through whatever is getting in the way of their progress. My strong coaching presence, true compassion and authentic sense of humor enable me to make a genuine connection. My passion is working together with my clients and watching them soar to become their best selves!

“I have been working with Jill since 2014, when she came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. I was having trouble focusing on my goals and following through with my daily work and household tasks, and procrastination was (and still can be) a big challenge for me. Jill reminds me of my strengths, like using my creativity in ways I hadn’t thought of when it comes to tackling tasks I put off or dread. She also helps hold me accountable, which I need since I live alone and only have to answer to myself. Jill emails to check in when she says she will, and reminds me of my goals during our weekly check-ins, which are crucial to my success. Jill is intuitive toward my moods and picks up on what she calls my “shift in energy”, even if I’m unaware of it, and asks questions to help me see options I had trouble finding on my own. Jill reminds me that I am in charge of my life. She doesn’t focus on what is wrong or tell me what to do. In fact, she starts each session asking for a “win”. I love that because it sets off the session on a positive note. We work together to come up with strategies and ways to stay motivated that work for me, and my brain. I appreciate that Jill is always truthful and authentic. Her compassion and genuine interest in my growth are remarkable, and there is nothing phony about her. She does not just tell me what I want to hear, but respects me as a person who knows myself and works together with me. Hiring a coach is the best gift I have given myself”.
