Client Testimonial

"Jodie has been excellent to work with. She helped me achieve my goals by breaking down and reframing work I had been avoiding for months.

I found it particularly helpful to have an accountability partner and was able to launch my business quicker than I could have hoped for. Jodie is very kind and compassionate and has a genuine desire to help people. She is brilliant at exploring ideas and helping you see things from a fresh perspective. I found it very helpful to look at things like goal setting through the lens of living with ADHD. Jodie understands how motivation and reward mechanisms differ in people with ADHD and works with you to create incentives that inspire you to achieve your goals."

~Noah – IT Professional

Jodie is a Certified ADHD Coach and Certified IECL Coach based in Brisbane, working predominantly with adults in professional and leadership roles.

Jodie's passion for coaching was inspired by a 20+ year career working in HR roles in the UK, Australia, and Singapore, and through bearing witness to the value of professional coaching in enhancing self-awareness, relationships, and the achievement of personal and career goals.

Jodie’s ADHD learning journey started in 2018 following the diagnosis of several family members. Seeing the paradox of the strength and struggle of ADHD up close, Jodie has experienced first-hand how an understanding of the unique brain wiring of ADHD can empower a person to see ADHD for the asset it can be, and to embrace strategies that help manage the many challenges ADHD can present.

Jodie is committed to partnering with individuals to help them reach their goals, live the life they seek, and to promote compassion and greater ADHD understanding within families, organizations and communities.
