There are jobs, there are careers and there are callings. Following a successful career in the sports marketing and media business, I found my calling as a ADHD life coach. Having lived with ADHD since childhood, I knew I wanted to AND could help others who have experienced all that comes with our unique brain wiring. I became a certified coach and now have the honor and privilege to support an incredible group of folks on their path to leading the life they want to live.

I work with adults of all ages with ADHD to help you identify what you want to accomplish and support your efforts in reaching your goals with actionable strategies and tools.

I also work with high school and college students to help them develop strong executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, motivation, and study skills.

I have called  NYC home my entire adult life and am a Dad of two fantastic young adults whom I continue to learn from every day. Exercise, meditation and spirituality are integral parts of my life that help me maintain balance and act as natural stimulants for my unique brain wiring.
