Life is hard. ADHD makes it harder. Coaching can help.

My goal as a coach is to work with my clients to help them better understand the unique way that their brain handles things. Armed with that understanding, we will work together to determine strategies and develop skills meant to best combat the challenges presented by your ADHD. At the same time we'll work on discovering and appreciating your unique strengths, learning how to best utilize them in order to make your life less difficult and more rewarding. If a better understanding of yourself and what you're capable of is something you would like to explore, I'd love to talk with you and learn more about your journey!

I'm married with two kids. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult in 2019. Previous to becoming a coach, I have almost 20 years experience working in corporate America, mostly in IT. Since becoming a coach, I also have become a certified YNAB (You Need a Budget) Coach.

I work with ADHD clients that are:

- Seeking ways to be better parents and/or partners

- In need of ways to manage their ADHD while working to advance their career, particularly folks that are early in their career or navigating the transition from school to work

- Struggling with their finances

- Interested in designing effective, personalized systems that make sense and are easy to follow

- Experiencing the challenges of "adulting" as they transition to being on their own

A lifetime of failures has given me two things that I hold dear. A pretty good sense of humor and an excess of empathy. I don't take myself too seriously. I'm just out here trying to learn and grow, and to help others to be a little closer to who they want to be.
