I emphasize strengths throughout the coaching process. I tailor each session to support you in the ways that you need in order to succeed! Due to that, each session will look different and be adapted to what you need that week!
Throughout the coaching process we will create a resource to help you acknowledge your strengths, discover who you are and who you want to be, and how to get there!
I was diagnosed in my early 20s when my college switched to fully online and I wasn’t able to mask my ADHD and seriously struggled. Many have experienced challenges in these past few years with life changes and everything going on in the world. If this sounds like you too and you need help and support, please reach out!
I’m committed to helping those that are currently experiencing struggles in their life! I have worked with young adults in college and those that have decided college isn’t for them! I’ve also worked with children and adults of other ages. Being a young adult in graduate classes helps me relate to young adults in college and not in college. My Masters in Early Childhood helps me relate ADHD to development in childhood.
