NeuroLantern is an ADHD and neurodivergent coaching practice supporting adults to better understand their brain wiring, honour their strengths and build lives that actually fit.

I specialise in working with late-diagnosed ADHDers and other neurodivergent adults who are seeking greater self-understanding, more sustainable ways of working and living, and practical support for navigating executive functioning challenges, overwhelm and burnout.

My coaching is neuro-affirming, strengths-based and collaborative. Together, we explore patterns, identify practical strategies and create sustainable ways of working, living and relating that align with how your brain naturally operates.

I offer online ADHD coaching across Australia and New Zealand.

Client Testimonial

"I'd explored what felt like every ADHD 'tip and trick' and still felt like I was failing at life. Working with Kate helped me understand the root cause of what was really going on. I feel more grounded than I ever have before, and I truly love my ADHD quirks in a way I didn't believe was possible before."

– Genevieve B.

Many of the people I work with are seeking answers rather than fixes. They want to better understand how their brain works, make sense of long-standing patterns and find approaches that feel sustainable.

Some have recently received an ADHD diagnosis. Others are exploring neurodivergence for the first time or recognising patterns of overwhelm, burnout, difficulty prioritising, emotional intensity, perfectionism, procrastination or inconsistent access to their skills and capabilities.

Coaching provides a space to step back, reflect and make sense of those experiences. Together, we explore what supports you, what drains you, where your strengths show up most naturally, and how you can work with your brain rather than against it.

My role is not to help people become more neurotypical or to prescribe a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I support clients to develop greater self-awareness, experiment with strategies, and make intentional choices about the systems, environments, expectations and habits that best support them.

Common coaching topics include:

  •  Understanding ADHD and neurodivergent traits
  •  Executive functioning and self-management
  •  Prioritisation, planning and decision-making
  •  Task initiation and follow-through
  •  Emotional regulation
  •  Overwhelm, stress and burnout
  •  Self-compassion and reducing self-criticism
  •  Work, career and leadership challenges
  •  Relationships and communication
  •  Identity, confidence and life transitions

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than fifteen years working in organisational development, change management, diversity and inclusion, leadership and people-focused roles across complex corporate environments. Alongside my professional experience, I bring lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHDer.

My coaching style is warm, thoughtful and practical. I believe people are naturally resourceful and capable, and that meaningful change often begins with understanding ourselves more deeply. From that foundation, it becomes easier to build strategies, environments and ways of working that actually fit.

There is no one right way to have a brain. My role is to help you better understand yours, so you can build on your strengths, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and create a life that feels sustainable, meaningful and genuinely your own.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to connect. You can book a free 30-minute discovery call to explore whether coaching with me feels like the right fit.
