My expertise is helping other people thrive – as humans and in their own areas of expertise.

Core coaching benefits include:

  • Being seen and heard for who you are and are becoming
  • Improved confidence and self-esteem
  • More time for what’s important to you
  • Increased sense of well-being
  • Deep, meaningful, lasting change

Our coaching partnership will enable you to:

  • Leverage your strengths and interests
  • Prioritize daily tasks
  • Start and finish projects
  • Minimize procrastination
  • Enhance leadership skills
  • Reach your professional and personal goals
  • Create greater ease, joy, and life satisfaction

I work with people from a wide range of professions and work roles, including entrepreneurs and creatives. To name a few—attorneys, web designers, university deans and professors, novelists, computer tech specialists, sales executives, small business owners, artists, HR executives, one farmer, and more.

I coach primarily one-on-one, via video conferencing or phone. Post-pandemic I will resume in-person coaching for people in the Kansas City/Overland Park KS area.

As of now, December 2020, I’ve been coaching for twelve years. It has been and continues to be my deepest honor to co-create coaching partnerships with so many fascinating, awesome people. I hold great curiosity about what makes people tick, and I am energized as people make progress toward their desired outcomes. I continue to look forward to each and every coaching conversation. Who knows what gems we may discover together that will positively impact someone’s life?

Client Testimonial

The best thing about Kay is that she customizes her approach for every client. I've come to realize that her breadth of experience and expertise is vast, and that she works with people across a spectrum of ages, professions and backgrounds. Every time we meet, though, I feel as if she must have trained just to work specifically with me.

ADHD Coaching resolves paradoxical living.

On the one hand, you clearly demonstrate extraordinary talent. You are inventive, intelligent, and intuitive. You leverage laser-like focus to reach high level achievements. You are successful.

On the other hand, basic executive functions, such as intentional focus and time management tend to frustrate you. You experience challenges prioritizing competing concerns because everything seems equally important. You often procrastinate and feel disorganized. Despite great effort, you may underperform. You seek more consistent success.

ADHD coaching helps people resolve the paradoxes of ADHD. As an ADHD coach, I understand the seeming inconsistencies of performance. I know how to help people further develop and capitalize on their strengths while managing their challenges. I help people create a personalized toolkit of strategies, tools, and systems for staying focused and on track to reach their goals.
