As a woman who hasn't been able to sit still for 54 years, I can identify with the struggles of hyperactivity. Hyperlife Coaching was founded to reach those women who were told they were just "too" busy, loud, emotional, distracted, and overall too much. This is just not true.

In addition to my ADDCA certification, I am certified as a PHR and a Professional HR certification, and I work as an HR Administrator for a non-profit organization. I desire to work with those whose ADHD impacts their daily lives, as well as those who are seeing the impact of their ADHD symptoms within their careers. I see ADHD as a strength, and I genuinely believe that once a person understands and finds how to utilize it, they can achieve the goals set before them.

What is an ADHD Coach? When you think of my role as your coach, imagine I am walking alongside you throughout a long journey, pointing out barriers and potholes along the path you might not have noticed.

If you tend to wander, I'll get you back on the path you choose. If you tend to loose steam, I'm right here to remind you of the beauty that lies ahead and why you started this journey in the first place.
