Kerry Malster, AACC

I am an ADHD coach and neurodiversity coach specialising in supporting neurodivergent adults in work, business, leadership, and career development. I work with adults with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, AuDHD, and executive function challenges, including people who are late diagnosed, self-employed, overwhelmed at work, struggling with burnout, or trying to build a more sustainable way of working.

My coaching combines practical executive function strategies with deeper self-awareness and strengths-based coaching. Sessions often focus on areas such as overwhelm, time management, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, workplace challenges, boundaries, motivation, planning, organisation, and understanding how your brain works in real life. I use a flexible, collaborative coaching style that adapts to different thinking styles rather than expecting clients to fit rigid systems.

Alongside coaching, I have experience delivering neurodiversity training and workplace support for organisations, managers, and teams across the UK. My background includes leadership, business, training, change management, and supporting neurodivergent adults through Access to Work-funded coaching, group programmes, and workplace support.

Client Testimonial

"Where I Started I was getting severe anxiety related to work, causing issues in both my professional and personal life. I was frequently getting distracted at work, struggling to focus, experiencing low productivity, and constantly worrying about what others thought of me and my work. I was generally hating my job.

How it’s helped Me

I feel more confident about my abilities at work and more accepting of my struggles. It’s become easier to self-motivate to do work tasks and hobbies, and I found out about body doubling platforms, which I now sometimes use to help. Having less anxiety about work has improved my sleep and overall health. I also made a plan to quit work and applied for a Master’s programme.

Why It Worked for Me

I gained a better understanding of my strengths and how I can use them to support myself at work. I also became more aware of my struggle areas and how I can accommodate them. Kerry also supported me through trying out different strategies, like meditation, adjustments to my morning and night routine, journaling, and using my phone less. Most of what I did (my ‘coaching homework’) was just picked out by me, and also the fact that knowing I had someone to keep me accountable motivated me to do it.

Knowledgable Coach

I think being able to work with someone who is knowledgeable about neurodiversity was super important to me. I had some poor experiences in the past working with non-ND-aware professionals who did not understand me and could not suggest effective strategies. With Kerry, I felt understood and heard."

Many neurodivergent adults spend years feeling capable but inconsistent. They often know what they 'should' be doing but struggle to make systems work consistently under pressure, stress, uncertainty, or competing demands. Coaching creates space to understand what is happening underneath the surface and to build strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and personalised.

I work particularly well with:

ADHD professionals and business owners

Autistic adults navigating work and relationships People experiencing burnout or chronic overwhelm Late diagnosed adults Neurodivergent leaders and managers Self-employed people struggling with structure and follow-through Adults balancing ambition with exhaustion Clients navigating workplace communication and boundaries People using Access to Work coaching support

My coaching approach is practical, reflective, strengths-led, and neurodiversity-affirming. I integrate coaching models, executive function tools, reflection exercises, behavioural experimentation, and real-world problem solving. Clients often tell me they value the balance between strategy and understanding, and that sessions feel both grounded and actionable.

Areas commonly explored in coaching include:

  • Executive functioning
  • ADHD and workplace performance
  • Emotional regulation
  • Confidence and self-trust
  • Productivity and planning
  • Communication and relationships
  • Career direction and transitions
  • Leadership and management
  • Work-life balance
  • Neurodivergent burnout
  • Motivation and follow-through
  • Building systems that actually work for your brain

I also bring lived understanding of neurodivergence and extensive experience working alongside neurodivergent adults across coaching, training, and workplace environments. My aim is not to fix people, but to help clients better understand themselves, reduce unnecessary friction, and create ways of working and living that feel more sustainable and effective.
