Client Testimonial

"I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Kerry, as I’ve embarked on my neurodiversity journey. Having ignored certain traits for several years, I finally made the decision to acknowledge the challenges I face head on, and Kerry was the perfect companion to begin this explorative exercise with. Kerry has helped me to have a better awareness of the issues that I face – as well as why and how my brain works. We also explored the coping mechanisms that I’ve naturally put in place over the past 40 years, and new tools and techniques that I can use to support my future life. Kerry is a talented coach, with the ability to question and probe in a way that has helped me to navigate my thinking processes and encourage future action. It has been a hugely valuable experience for me. Thank you Kerry."

What would life be if ADHD worked to your advantage?

- What can ADHD help you achieve?

- What does your fast brain help you do?

- How can you harness the power of ADHD to achieve more every day?

Everyone comes to coaching with a different history, vision and desire for themselves. You won’t get a generic program from me. Our coaching will focus directly on the goals you want to achieve.

I listen hard to what you want and I will curate our sessions to your needs. The skills you build in coaching are personal to you and will be skills you can rely on forever.

3 outcomes help my clients be their best everyday; 1. A profile of your unique ADHD presentation 2. A roadmap of physical and social environment needed for success 3. Tailored ADHD skills that combine personal strengths with powerful science-backed tools to improve executive function and emotional regulation.

About Me
My first experience of ADHD was supporting someone close to me who reached a very dark place because of their unmanaged ADHD.

Together we discovered that real change comes from knowing ADHD and how to make it work for you, everyday.

They began to feel more in control and motivated to choose the role ADHD played in their future, designing deliberate steps towards it.

I recognised that my life as a military spouse navigating change from countries, houses, jobs and social groups, gave me a unique perspective on how to make sense out of the chaos of change.

After 20+ years in Government and Technology Communications roles, I retrained as an ADHD coach.

In finding out more about ADHD, I realised my own ADHD traits but also my son’s. My son is now diagnosed and I am on a diagnosis waitlist.
