Hello! I am a European-based ADHD and executive functions coach, working with clients worldwide. Many of my clients come to me because they are done pretending that conventional wisdom applies to them. The truth is, if you have been diagnosed (or not) with ADHD, you've likely spent a good part of your life trying to fit into systems designed by and for neurotypical minds, and you’re exhausted.
There is no universal blueprint for how to live with ADHD, but there is absolutely a way that will feel right for you. In coaching, we look at the specific ways your brain works—not as something broken that needs fixing, but as something that requires its own particular kind of attention and respect.
My coaching isn't about life hacks or productivity porn. It's about the quieter work of understanding what makes you feel scattered and overwhelmed versus what makes you feel alive and authentic. It's about recognizing the difference between the voice in your head that says, "I should be able to handle this", and the one that dares to wonder, "What if there's another way?"
The work we'll do together creates space for you to explore what it feels like to do something in a way that doesn’t feel hard or wrong. I work with writers, moms, business owners, academics, and individuals who want to stop feeling like they are always trying to catch up. Together, we’ll try out different strategies, figure out your strengths and put them to work, name your challenges and find workarounds, delve into your limiting beliefs, and create actionable steps to help you move forward.
