Client Testimonial

"Kristin is a uniquely empathetic and creative ADHD coach. She has helped me not only accomplish everyday tasks (like basic self-care!) and big tasks (like my Master’s thesis!), but she has also helped me improve my self-esteem and self-worth. I cannot recommend her highly enough!"

About me:

I was diagnosed in 1995 at age 35 and have two adult daughters, (both with ADHD brains). I graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1982 (BS, Oceanography), and became a navy pilot, then instructor pilot, all while having undiagnosed ADHD. Married, and having left the Navy, I got to experience life as a military spouse, dealing with the challenges of transfers, school changes, and constantly starting anew. My own childhood had been much the same, but as an adult and parent I got a new perspective on those challenges.
