Why Do You Need an ADHD Life Coach?

A Life Coach serves as that independent authority to assist and guide individuals and families through education and career choices, when there are barriers to success based on beliefs, behavior, crises, or learning challenges. As a Life Coach, my goal is to help you manage your personal and family life through the roadblocks of this pandemic. This includes supporting you in finding a strategy for you and your family toward resilience. I will support you to work through your personal trauma, to minimize the overall family and generational impact while maximizing the opportunities for success. My ultimate goal as an ADHD & Life Coach is to guide individuals toward Resilience, a state of personal well-being and fulfillment.

My mother was my first coach. She gave me the support to build my confidence as a person and student to go forward against all odds. Now, as a gifted person with ADHD, I would be categorized as a twice-gifted person. I graduated valedictorian from an inner-city Memphis high school, matriculated to Wesleyan University and then to The Johns Hopkins Medical School, without understanding my own unique learning style. I just worked hard and adapted.

This prepared me to manage families and children with ADHD using a combination of coaching and/or medication. After twenty-five years in pediatric private practice, I became a physician administrator for hospitals and insurance companies. Upon transitioning from healthcare administration, I became an author. As an author, ADHD and Life coach I am able to integrate all of my life experiences from frustration to resilience to share the toolkit that I developed to succeed. Executives, Entrepreneurs, those of you with Learning Challenges, difficulty with Time Management and Organization let me help you develop your personal toolkit for success.
