When we work together, we will create more ease in your life. You don’t have to swim against the current anymore. Things don’t have to be so hard. I want to help you change your narrative and celebrate the creativity and vision that makes you who you are.
I spent a decade working as an attorney in both corporate and non-profit settings, struggling to swim against the current myself. I know what that’s like, but I also know it’s possible to get to the other side. It is possible to love what you do and to have it align with your strengths. It is possible to unleash your potential and live without shame.
My experience spans the legal, educational, and counseling sectors. I have a Masters in Teaching with a Concentration in Students with Special Needs. I have a law degree from Columbia Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I am admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. I am also in the process of becoming a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I understand the significance of mental health and the many dimensions of focusing, processing, and remembering that go into academic learning.

"Lauren truly understands the ADHD brain! Working with her as my ADHD coach has been truly amazing. She's incredibly knowledgeable and she provided the support and guidance I needed in so many areas of my life. Right from the beginning, Lauren and I felt like a team. She gave me the accountability I needed and helped me with tasks that were particularly difficult for me to start or complete. Even when I didn’t follow through, she met me with compassion, positive support, and the reassurance to keep me going. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone! Working with her has been a positive and life-changing experience. I now understand how to work with my brain instead of against it, and for that, I'm truly thankful!"
