I'm a marketing executive turned ADHD Coach and voice for neurodivergent thinkers. Before becoming an ADHD Coach, I spent 18 years rising the ranks at brands like Nike, Levi Strauss & Co., Google/Nest, Keds, and WS Development. A late-in-life ADHD diagnosis and the experience of caring for two young kids during the global pandemic led me to rethink my career and, ultimately, my life purpose. As I worked to understand my own brain post-diagnosis, my deep dive into all things ADHD evolved into a passion for neurodiversity support, education, and advocacy.

"Lindsay simply gets me. I've worked with a few coaches before, and it's a relief to finally find someone who seems to bring out my natural problem-solving capabilities through the collective energy we experience in sessions. We've come up with so many exciting ideas along the way, and I'm grateful to have someone who helps me organize my thoughts, stay on track, point it out when I'm using my natural ADHD abilities, and keep me motivated. I'm more confident in myself than ever before, have clarity about the path forward, and can't imagine a better coach to be working with."
- Matt Streif, CEPA
The 3 pillars that are key to my practice are: education about the world of neurodiversity and neurodivergent thinkers; self-discovery to understand how your own neurodivergent brain works; and self-compassion so that you can work with your brain, not against it.
Consider me your guide to navigating neurodiversity. If your ADHD is affecting your personal development, focus, or follow-through, I can offer support. Together, we can identify what you need and desire to live your most fulfilling, authentic life. Then, we’ll define clear, actionable strategies to help you get there.
I’m not a therapist, but I can help you think about the right questions to ask at your next appointment. I’m not your boss, but we can outline reasonable ADHD accommodations you’d like to request in your workplace. I have a husband and 2 kids, so I also understand what it’s like to navigate family life with ADHD. I’m a sounding board, a resource, and a partner on your journey to finding joy in working with your brain.
I love working with creatives & entrepreneurs. I am also passionate about self-discovery and understanding and love working with clients who are looking to gain a better understanding about themselves, perhaps to fine tune their career path or even a career change. After spending 18 years in the corporate world, I'm very passionate about helping my clients navigate the working world.
