Client Testimonial

Lisa has really helped our family greatly over the last three months, we were skeptical before we started coaching but this is becoming one of the best decision we ever made. Lisa is very passionate about what she does and we can see the benefit with our improved family dynamic over time. We look forward to each week’s session and is always able to have very positive sessions. Lisa is always professional and treat us with respects, she challenged us to think outside the box and commit to a better future for our family. We cannot thank her enough with how she helped us!

One of the most difficult part of coaching for client is to understand how coaching works and to find a coach that fit what they are looking for. Coaching is a complicated process and is not a concept everyone is familiar with, my clients usually found that they are very comfortable have a much better understanding of how the coaching process works and how they could get the most out of our time together.

I also enjoy spending a lot of time to truly understanding my client’s goals to make sure they are going to benefit from my support as much as possible. I believe if we connect at a much deeper level it will positively impact our coaching relationship. My clients are able to understand how ADHD affect them at a much deeper level, see improvement in different areas of their lives, including their executive functions, organization, time management and relationship skills.
