“Lori Woods is an incredible coach!! Working with her has completely transformed my life! Through our time together, I now have fewer pockets of overwhelm, and when I do have them, I have resources that help me from draining my energy in negative cycles. As someone who has ADHD herself, she understands how important it is to have a tool that is easy-to-integrate, whether it be a memorable catchphrases or simple structures, these can all help start the day off on a positive note, and keep it going throughout the day. Lori is kind, compassionate, and realistic. She really cares about helping people and finding the right path that fits best for whomever she is working with. I cannot recommend her enough!” ~ MS
My passion is helping people get in their flow and live the life they desire. After years of struggling myself, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD in midlife. Things began to change for the better after I began working with an ADHD coach and started to learn how to work with my brain instead of against it. That's when I decided I wanted to become an ADHD coach and help others experience the change that I had experienced. Together we’ll provide an ongoing partnership that will help you maximize your potential. I will help you understand how your brain is uniquely wired and tools and strategies to work with it! Through an individualized, thought provoking and creative process, we will leverage your unique strengths to help create the life you want.
I've been coaching 4 years now and have over 3,000 hours of coaching experience. I hold a PCAC and I'm also family trained. In addition, I offer programs on executive function training and I offer group coaching.
I work with adults of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds. I have a special interest in adults with executive function issues. And as a former teacher, I also enjoy working with young adults who are just becoming independent or are struggling in college.
