Our ADHD coaching and consulting is based on neuroscience and unique ADHD tools. We partner with other allied health professionals or non-ADHD partners to embrace ADHD or ADHD impacted individuals’ unique brain wiring with a strength-based approach, address their unique ADHD challenges in focusing, learning differences, executive functions, impulse control, time management, relationship maintenance, and emotional regulations, to chunk down big goals into small actions with clarity, and facilitate ADD impacted individuals in action steps with unique strategies and skills that medication and therapy alone can’t give.

In partnership with other professionals, high-achievers with ADHD hire us to explore their strengths and interests to overcome personal and professional challenges to become the best version of themselves. We help them find clarity and purpose, and develop strategies based on their particular abilities and what motivates them. Our approach makes ADD impacted individuals feel resourceful with realistic steps based on strength, interest, and preference, so they are assured a golden coaching standard with ethics and integrity. They get unique value compared to other certified coaches with ICF credentials.

In addition to being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), I am also an Advanced Certified Coach Graduate (ACCG) /Advanced Certified ADHD coach with ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) in the USA, as well as a certified Life Coach/Wellness Coach/Professional Coach with the Life Coaching Academy in Australia.

Both ADDCA and my previous coaching school are Accredited Coach Training Programs (ACTP). This means that I've gone through the two most comprehensive training programs included ICF Accredited Coaching, and have demonstrated proficiency under stringent standards, assessments, and supervision. As part of its responsibilities, ADDCA also adheres to both the ICF's and PAAC's rigorous education and practice requirements.
