I often say that regular use of the word "overwhelmed" should be part of the diagnostic criteria for ADHD, and I'm only kind of joking. Nearly all of us went through a long, difficult process to discover that we have ADHD. In the meantime we felt like we didn't measure up or live up to our potential. There's a lot to work through; coaching is a wonderful place to do that.
I have worked with clients of every description, but here are some groups that I focus on: late- and recently-diagnosed ADHD, LGBTQIA+, AuDHD (autism & ADHD), gifted, and differently abled (especially those with vision & hearing impairments). I work with people from early adulthood well into retirement.

"Lynn’s coaching style is nurturing, strengths-based and energizing. I always look forward to my session with Lynn and she has this incredible ability to normalize my ADHD tendencies and meet me where I am in the moment. Her genuine curiosity, ability to truly hear me, along with her ability to ask questions that move me forward towards a shift in perspective, are subtle yet incredibly refined, effective and gently powerful."

As a coach, my style is warm and encouraging, though, of course, part of a coach's job is to challenge you! I meet you where you are and help you find your way forward. Clients tell me they've shared things they've never felt safe saying aloud. Why? Because I work hard to normalize ADHD. So many of us grew up believing that we had deep character flaws. Why else would we procrastinate, forget things, interrupt people, and show up late when we'd been told repeatedly not to?
The issue isn't a failure of character or willpower: our brains simply work differently!
I take great joy in seeing the changes my clients experience in coaching. For many, it's how they get unstuck to move into their best life.
If cost is a concern, please ask about group coaching.
