As a ADDCA Certified Coach Graduate (ACCG) specializing in ADHD, I use my life experiences and yoga practice to facilitate life changes based on individual strengths. Together we customize strategies, tools and life-long skills, that enable you to reach your full potential. I work with individuals who are ready to move forward in a new direction with their careers, education, and home life. Success and happiness are right in front of you. As your partner in coaching, we will uncover your own answers and clarity in obtaining your goals, purpose and greatest potential.
Our ADHD brains are beautiful. Embrace your gifts (strengths and values), harness your energy, passion and drive to understand your uniqueness and develop the tools needed to create the life you want. I understand and appreciate the challenges of having ADHD. I believe with support, guidance and commitment everybody can achieve self-confidence and success.

"Marci helped me envision what I wanted for myself and develop new, healthy habits to make that vision a reality. Her thoughtful approach allowed me to uncover new insights that I hadn’t reached on my own, and together we worked towards actionable solutions that complemented my personality and empowered me to make important changes in my life."

Prior to completing the ADDCA Associate Coach Certification, and starting Calm Waters Coaching, I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from Arcadia University. I have a master’s degree in Business Education from Rider University. I am a certified special education teacher working in a transitional program with 18-21-year-old adults with developmental disabilities. I am currently in the Advanced ADDCA training program and a master’s candidate in Special Education at Rowan University.
I am a parent of a 24-year-old man diagnosed with PDD-NOS and ADHD. I understand and appreciate the challenges, and the successes people encounter every day when they live and/or work with people who have special needs.
My vision is to create a positive safe and productive space for people to grow, learn and realize the life they are meant to live! Coaching is a beautiful partnership through which successful outcomes are created!
Why wait another day to be the best version of you!
