Client Testimonial

"Margaret shows incredible empathy and understanding. She excels at helping me understand my multi-themed, overstimulated brain. I love the sense of clarity and structure I feel after each session."

My clients include:

  • Late-diagnosed adults, especially women
  • Parents trying to support their children’s ADHD while managing their own needs
  • Children, teens and college students finding their way through studies, emotions and friendships
  • Creative professionals who want to harness their ideas, not be derailed by them

Why people come to me

Most people come to me feeling overwhelmed — by their thoughts, emotions, responsibilities, or all of the above. I help them find ways to navigate their challenges and view them with a fresh perspective.

My coaching style is supportive, empathetic and strengths-focused. As someone with both personal and family experience of ADHD, I understand the unique challenges it brings — and just how powerful the right support can be.

Why I coach

My journey into coaching began when my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. It reshaped my understanding of neurodiversity and inspired me to help others on a similar path.

A special focus on creativity

With my background in journalism, I'm particularly fascinated by how ADHD and creativity connect. Many of my clients are highly creative but struggle to stay organised or follow through on their ideas. Together, we turn that creative energy into a strength rather than a source of stress.

Training and methodology

I’m certified to coach adults, children and families, having completed family and advanced training with ADDCA. My approach is grounded in the latest ADHD research and neuroscience. When you understand how your brain works, you can stop blaming yourself and start building strategies that genuinely fit. Through stimulating conversations, we design personalised strategies together that are practical, flexible and sustainable.

What clients say

Clients tell me that working together feels calming, grounding and transformative. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be fully yourself, and leave each session feeling clearer, lighter and more capable.
