I am a certified ADHD Coach, I have completed my basic training (AACC) through ADD Coaching Academy, in New York.

My mission is to empower every person touched by ADHD to live their best life.  To help individuals overcome any challenges they face and achieve their personal goals in pursuit of their best life.

ADHD coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and client.  The ADHD coach listens with an appreciation and working experience of how ADHD may be impacting the client.  We work together in a safe, non-judgemental environment to bring understanding and compassion around ADHD, assisting the client to realise their true strengths and overcoming any barriers they might have.  These barriers could be impulsivity, planning and organisation, time blindness, procrastination, working memory and emotional regulation.

Together we work on strategies that work for you and your family and move you forward to live your best life.

Client Testimonial

I can't recommend Michelle enough! Working with her has been invaluable and helped me to better understand myself. Her knowledge and approach has allowed me to work through things I first thought weren't even solvable. She guided me to find my own tools and strategies to navigate my ADHD challenges more effectively. If you're looking for someone who truly understands ADHD and will support you every step of the way, Michelle is definitely the person to see.

I am a qualified teacher assistant with a special interest in ADHD.  I specialise in working with students, young adults, parents and educators.

When one of my children was diagnosed with ADHD I noticed there was an extreme lack of understanding around it. I experienced first-hand the lack of easily accessible, specialised knowledge around ADHD. This ignited my passion for ADHD and marked the start of a journey that lead me to find the ADD Coaching Academy in New York.  I am now a qualified and certified ADHD Coach (AACC).

I have worked in many different Personal Assistant and Office Management roles throughout my career and this unforeseen new path is a natural progression I am thrilled to have found. My mission is to empower every person touched by ADHD to live their best life.
