I'm a queer-friendly, nonmonogamy-friendly and neuroaffirming ADHD coach in Melbourne, Australia. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 51 so I know what it's like trying to navigate life without the user manual! Seeing an ADHD coach after my own diagnosis was so transformative that I wanted to train as one myself and offer that help to others.

"I was unsure about trying ADHD coaching. After a restructure at work, I was struggling to adjust to my new team. I was diagnosed with ADHD late in life last year, so I knew there were practical things I could learn to help me get things done with less stress.
Mike helped me with those practical skills. What I didn’t expect - and what helped me even more - was learning about the emotional and relationship patterns that often come with ADHD.
This has made a big difference to my self‑acceptance. It has also helped me keep learning and doing the things that matter to me with far less stress and heartache. Mike is empathetic and skilled, and I recommend working with him if you want a supportive, instinctively collaborative coach who helps you build on your strengths."

Like many ADHDers I have taken the ✨✨scenic route ✨✨to my current location. This breadth of experience makes me fairly unflappable and non-judgemental.
I drove delivery vans for ten years and have also been a grocer’s lad, casual A/V tech, sound artist, theatrical sound designer and the campaign manager for a climate advocacy NGO.
I’ve been overemployed, underemployed and unemployed; hitchhiked up and down the east coast; loved and lost; been monogamous and otherwise, celibate and hypersexual and whatever the state in the middle is called.
I’ve tried many things, succeeded at some and failed at more.
I will not judge you.
I'm also a student of the somatic practice Inner Relationship Focusing, and am studying to be a professional practitioner. I think this practice is deeply helpful for late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults to build self-trust and emotional regulation, and aim to offer this additional service once I'm certified in that practice as well.
