My path into ADHD coaching began in leadership and executive coaching, and was shaped deeply by raising my own son with ADHD. This personal and professional journey inspired me to support individuals and families navigating ADHD with compassion, insight, and practical strategies.

I work with adults, families, children & teens, students, really anyone who wants to better understand themselves and grow.

My coaching practice is grounded in the values of community, trust, authenticity, curiosity, and growth. I create spaces of safety and belonging where clients feel seen, heard, and respected.  With openness and compassion, I support clients in exploring their unique brain wiring, uncovering strengths, and building strategies that foster resilience and confidence, always with the belief that every challenge can become an opportunity to learn, evolve, discover new possibilities and embrace life with confidence and joy.

Client Testimonial

"Working with Mirka has been transformative. From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt safe, accepted, and free of judgment. Her compassion, deep understanding of ADHD, and the way she asks thoughtful questions gave me the chance to pause, reflect, and truly hear myself. What I valued most was that I could come into every session exactly as I was, messy, uncertain, or overwhelmed, and still walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more hopeful.

With her support, I began to see my ADHD not as a flaw but as part of who I am, with strengths I had overlooked for years. Mirka helped me explore what it looks like to be fully myself in the world. That shift alone has been freeing. I’ve learned to advocate for my needs, to speak up with more confidence, and to stop apologizing for who I am. I now see my ADHD not just as a challenge but as part of what makes me resourceful, creative, and resilient. Coaching with Mirka has given me tools and perspectives that will stay with me far beyond our sessions.”
