It’s about finding YOUR way!

Natalie Rose, MPH, AACC

As your ADHD coach, my mission is to facilitate you discovering your  way, your own path. Through coaching, I will help you articulate where you want to go and support you in finding your best route to get there. Together, we will pay attention to points of excessive friction in your life, reflect on when you may be overwhelmed by the idea of “shoulds”, and focus on exploring what you need to live a proactively authentic life.

I partner with clients to:

  • Become familiar seeing through an ADHD lens – What does your ADHD look like?
  • Acknowledge barriers – What is getting in your way?
  • Recognize supports – What helps you?
  • Observe trends related to energy management – What patterns do you notice about your level of energy?
  • Clarify goals – What do you want?
  • Identify how to recognize changes – What will let you know you are making a change?
  • Reveal potential by examining the intersection of interests, needs, and strengths – What is a more expansive picture of what you have to offer?
  • Develop a personalized understanding of “success” – What is your definition of success?
  • Activate and harness the power of their ADHD brain – What is possible with greater alignment between who you are, and how you need to live your life?

Client Testimonial

"Natalie has been great with helping me put the next steps in place for myself and my ADHD brain. I think what struck me the most about her coaching was her ability to have these intuitive tippy-top views on what I’ve been going through, whatever it is. Natalie is very good at making connections. It’s interesting how coaching works, but I would come to her with a concern or an overwhelm and then by the end of it come out with more clarity about how to proceed just by her asking me questions. She’s very good."

I welcome each client with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to providing a nonjudgemental, neurodiversity affirming space that respects the power of playfulness and levity. As a systems thinker, I draw from experience in behavior change, evaluation, strategy development, reflective practice, and always, a sense of humor to inform our sessions. From mapping strategies that address specific tasks to holding space for you to organize your thoughts by thinking aloud, or anything that may come between, it would be my pleasure to be your coach!
