Congratulations on taking this step to find your ADHD Coach!

I'm Coach Nava and I am an enthusiastic ADHDer who loves to work collaboratively with people of all ages!

Do you need someone who can help you find the next step?

To help you stay accountable?

To help you stay on track?

Are you someone who has been diagnosed with ADHD later in life and have tried 'everything' but are still feeling stuck?

I deeply appreciate every opportunity to work with people like you! You have so many strengths that you might not even be aware of!  Let's learn and grow together as we identify your hidden talents and establish strategies that help you soar!

Are you a student struggling at any stage of your schooling?

Did you know that there are techniques and strategies that can help you improve your overall function? You are not alone!

As a musician with a background in psychology and philosophy, I utilize strength-based approaches, including integration of various modalities such as NLP, IFS, and PQ, and draw from the experiences of everyone I have worked with, to work with you as you strive to live your most authentic life!
