I am a career expert and certified ADHD life coach who understands the challenges of adult ADHD, first-hand. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 40’s, after a lifetime of enduring challenges that I couldn’t make sense of. I struggled with imposter syndrome, procrastination, overwhelm, organization, prioritization, time blindness and a sense that I had not yet reached my full potential.

I received ADHD Coaching soon after my diagnosis and, everything in my life changed for the better. I finally understood myself and learned how to work through my challenges. I started leaning more into my strengths and developed more self-confidence than ever before. It was a transformative experience, and I knew afterwards that I wanted to offer the same kind of support to others. I began the process to become a certified ADHD coach and haven’t looked back since.

Client Testimonial

"For a long time, I have seen many people recommend ADHD coaching and how much seeing an ADHD coach has helped them sort their life out. I always read this and thought someday I’ll try it but never really made the steps to do this. After trying 3 different counselors and feeling no better, but actually worse and finding myself in a really bad way I decided to reach out and try ADHD coaching with Nikki. The experience of talking to someone who not only understands you but also has ADHD has been unbelievably good for every aspect of my life. I am feeling far more positive about my ADHD than I ever did before. I no longer see it as a burden but an integral part of who I am. Nikki is extremely supportive, enthusiastic, encouraging, positive and open and has really helped me understand ADHD and how it impacts my life. Before I saw ADHD as an awful life absorbing burden that I had been destined to drag around with me, ruin all my relationships and make me hate myself. Now I’m starting to work with my ADHD and see there actually is a light at the end of the tunnel again. For someone with ADHD I literally could not recommend this more."

I combine my 25 years' experience working in health care recruitment and as an Employment Specialist within the NHS, with my own experience of ADHD and my professional certification in ADHD Coaching to help employees, job seekers, and entrepreneurs with ADHD reach their full career and life potential. I encourage my clients to embrace their neurodivergence, build upon their strengths, and find work and a life that sparks their true interests.

Every day, I get to work with incredible clients and help them achieve incredible things. I aim to provide an environment that is encouraging, empathetic and judgement-free, where my clients can comfortably express themselves and embrace the fullness of who they are. Through a mixture of self-discovery exercises, strength-based coaching, and individualized symptom management strategies I help my clients feel empowered, appreciate their uniqueness, and discover their capability to achieve any goal they put their mind to. I have truly found my dream job and life– and I love to help others find theirs.
