I’m an ADDCA-trained ADHD Coach using a whole-person approach to support children, families, and young adults in navigating challenges, building self-awareness, and fostering independence. I specialize in helping school-age children and their families (including siblings) reduce overwhelm and create more balance and harmony in their lives. I also work with young adults and college students to help them develop the skills, self-awareness, and confidence needed to thrive during the transition into adulthood. In addition to coaching, I’m an experienced practitioner of the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®, a learning-based somatic approach rooted in the Feldenkrais Method that integrates mindful, functional movement to support self-regulation, clarity, vitality, chronic pain relief, and overall well-being. I apply this powerful hands-on approach to help children and adults with neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing), developmental delays, as well as various neuromuscular limitations.Together with my husband, I run a thriving somatic and coaching practice in San Mateo, CA, combining these transformative disciplines to support the whole person and family.
