A lot of people think that coaching is about tips, tricks, or strategies. I fully trust my clients to find their own tips and tricks - after all, you know your own brain best! But often roadblocks crop up when folks try to implement those tips and tricks, and find themselves unsure where to start, overwhelmed by choice paralysis, or unable to implement change in a sustainable or lasting way. That’s where I come in. Our coaching relationship often looks like a space where you can figure out what works best for your own neurodivergent brain, and how to work with the strengths and skills you already have as a way to create lasting change, build self-trust and self-reliance, and fully embrace who you truly are.
