As a career and ADHD coach, I’ve been helping focus-challenged individuals take charge of their lives for over 17 years.
Clients and colleagues have described me as ‘a creative instigator’, ‘creative catalyst’ and sometimes ‘the mother you actually listen to.’
But I’m not your mother. I don’t tell my clients what to do.
I’m more of a cross between a road buddy and a driving instructor.
My job is to help you take that steering wheel, find the gears, and fire up your engine!

Most of my practice is comprised of creative professionals such as actors and filmmakers, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and tech innovators. I have been trained by Eric Maisel in creativity coaching. My contributions have been included in two of his edited volumes: The Creativity Workbook for Coaches and Creatives, and Inside Creativity Coaching. Currently, I am signed with Routledge to write a book about the five emotions that stop success in coaches and creatives.
As an actor, playwright, standup comic, private cook, company manager, restaurant hostess and adoptive parent, I can accurately say that I’ve experienced life from many enriching perspectives. I even spent several years as a full-time yogini living at an ashram in Pennsylvania! If you haven’t guessed by now, I’m a seeker, and as a result my approach is both humorous and compassionate.
