Client Testimonial

I pursued my ADHD diagnosis later in life (at 53) because I felt something was getting in the way of what I wanted to achieve in my business—and I suspected that, with the right understanding, I might be able to work with it rather than against it. That’s where Randi’s coaching came in, and what a relief it’s been—as well as a genuine pleasure.

I found Randi through the ADHD Coaches UK directory, as I was specifically looking for an ADDCA-certified coach who could support business-focused coaching and work with Access to Work funding.

From our very first discovery call, I felt we ‘clicked’. We agreed on a 12-week, one-to-one online coaching programme, shaped largely by me, with thoughtful structure and support from Randi.

We began with a particularly challenging and urgent piece of work that I had been avoiding. With Randi’s support, I was able to tackle it. From there, we moved into developing a deeper understanding of how I work—what helps, what hinders, and how to build systems and approaches that genuinely suit me.

Randi was excellent at meeting me where I was, even when I was still figuring out how to articulate what I needed. It often felt like we were speaking the same language. She brought a calm, compassionate presence to every session and helped me develop a greater sense of self-compassion too.

She provided useful theory when it was helpful, but also gave me the space to think things through and develop practical, personalised solutions. We also had a lot of fun along the way.

At The Cornwall ADHD Coach, I work with neurodivergent teens and late-diagnosed, high-achieving adults who often appear capable on the outside but privately struggle with overwhelm, self-doubt, procrastination, emotional dysregulation, or exhaustion from masking.

Many of my clients reach out during a transition — after an ADHD diagnosis, during school or career challenges, when confidence has dropped, or when the systems they have relied on are no longer working. That is often where coaching begins.

Together, we untangle outdated coping strategies and rebuild supportive systems that are sustainable for the way your brain actually works. This can include support with executive function, emotional regulation, motivation, planning, self-esteem, burnout prevention, and understanding ADHD traits more deeply.

I specialize as a teen coach, supporting young people with self-awareness, confidence, emotional resilience, and practical skills they can carry into adulthood. I also work with late-diagnosed ADHD clients and high achievers who know they are capable, but feel a frustrating gap between their potential and what feels possible day to day.

If you have ideas, aspirations, and know you can do more - but getting started, following through, or sustaining systems feels difficult - you may be the kind of client I work best with.

My coaching goes beyond productivity advice. I help clients understand their neurodivergent wiring, work with it instead of against it, strengthen self-trust, and bring forward the unique strengths that allow them to create a more aligned and fulfilling life.

Clients often seek me out for ADHD coaching in Cornwall and the wider UK, teen ADHD support, executive function coaching, self-esteem coaching, burnout support, and emotional regulation help, but stay because the work creates lasting, transferable change- and like who they're becoming in the process.
