I’m a proud ADHDer, certified coach, mentor, and wellness retreat coordinator — but above all, I’ve lived the ADHD experience.
My coaching approach is deeply personal, shaped by growing up alongside my neurotypical twin. While the world was designed for him to thrive, I had to fight to just survive.
Diagnosed in the ’90s with no support, I had to get creative and build ADHD-friendly tools and systems I could actually thrive with.
That path led me on an international self-development journey, working in music, arts, and entertainment—including as the Marketing Manager for Universal Records in Dubai—where I worked with famous, brilliant, and often undiagnosed neurodivergent minds.
It gave me a front-row seat to how neurodiversity shows up in real life, and how to support and manage it from a leadership role—embracing both its gifts and challenges.
After decades of decoding ADHD, world experience, artistry, and certification through ADDCA, I created a blueprint for an ADHD-friendly life.
Now, I help ADHDers of all ages and backgrounds get to the root of what’s been blocking them, break through it, and build a life they’re proud of — through 1:1 coaching, group programs, retreats, and meetups.
I’ve mentored ADHDers for over 20 years and coached professionally for the past 5.
