Client Testimonial

"Rebel helped me stop fighting my brain and start working with it. For the first time, I have systems that actually fit my life, not someone else's idea of productivity. I feel calmer, more capable, and genuinely proud of my progress." -Maya T. Creative Professional, Denver

You can know what you want to do and still struggle to get started, stay organized, or follow through. If that gap between intention and action feels familiar, you’re welcome here.

I work with adults and young adults to make everyday life more manageable—from navigating responsibilities and transitions to building routines, managing time, and making room for what matters to you.

Together we explore the patterns behind what’s getting in your way, recognize the strengths you already bring, and develop practical strategies that fit your brain and your life. We approach this work with curiosity, flexibility, and a sense of humor, creating space to experiment and adjust as you learn what works.

Along the way, we build your Personal Management Plan: a personalized, evolving resource that brings your insights, tools, and strategies together so you can use them between sessions and build on your progress.

As someone with ADHD myself, I bring lived experience alongside professional coach training. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build trust in your abilities, and move toward a life that feels like your own.

Start with a complimentary Focus Session to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and see whether we’re a good fit.
