I empower women at a crossroad to confidently discover and pursue their own path.
Do you feel stuck or overwhelmed?
Are you frustrated by procrastination, wondering why you can’t follow through on what feels important?
Do you even question if those things are still important to you?
Does life feel harder than it should because of ADHD or other challenges?
I help women like you feel seen, heard, and supported. With a blend of empathy, humor, metaphors, and meaningful reflections, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore who you are and what truly matters to you. After our sessions, many of my clients experience a shift — from chaos to calm, doubt to hope, and fear to confidence. Together, we’ll chart a new direction that inspires growth and self-discovery.

"Roni, you were such an amazing support for me during such a challenging time in my life- thank you from the bottom of my heart. By asking powerful questions and challenging my automatic, negative assumptions, you helped me shift my perspective to a much more peaceful place. I left our conversations feeling very positive, empowered, and had a purposeful action plan for the week."
- A.S., Michigan"I experienced the most inspirational and mind-opening coaching sessions with Roni. Her way to ask questions, picking up on the metaphors I used made my (limiting) beliefs so tangible. I walked away feeling physically changed, as if some corner-pillars of my world had been rebuilt, and I had started walking around them. Thank you so much Roni!"

I discovered I had ADHD inattentive type and anxiety in my 50s, and it explained so much about my life. While I felt disappointed that I hadn’t discovered this earlier, I also felt immense relief. I realized I didn’t need to work harder — I needed to work smarter. Many of the “problematic” issues I had struggled with weren’t my fault, and now I had both the opportunity and responsibility to leverage my ADHD strengths to tackle its challenges. This profound discovery inspired me to become an ADHD life coach. I now focus on transformational coaching, helping my clients navigate ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions and move forward with clarity and confidence.
