Are you a high-responsibility adult, entrepreneur, executive, or college student with ADHD who looks capable on the outside but feels overwhelmed, scattered, inconsistent, or exhausted behind the scenes?
I provide ADHD Executive Function Coaching for people who are intelligent, creative, driven, and full of potential, but struggle with follow-through, procrastination, emotional regulation, time blindness, decision fatigue, self-doubt, rejection sensitivity, organization, accountability, and sustainable routines.
My coaching is not résumé writing, job placement, or generic productivity advice. I help clients understand how ADHD shows up in real life — at school, in business, at work, in leadership, in relationships, and in daily routines. Together, we build practical strategies, support systems, structure, and accountability that work with your brain instead of against it.
As an ADHD coach with lived ADHD experience, two MBAs, over 17 years in the corporate world, and professional ADHD coaching credentials, I understand the pressure of trying to perform in environments that were not built for ADHD brains. My style is compassionate, direct, practical, honest, and action-oriented.
I help clients move from shame, overwhelm, avoidance, and self-criticism toward clarity, confidence, emotional awareness, self-leadership, and consistent follow-through.

Many of my clients come to coaching after years of wondering, “Why can I be so capable in some areas and so stuck in others?”
They may be leading teams, running a business, managing school demands, building a career, supporting a family, or trying to keep up with daily responsibilities. From the outside, they may look successful or high-functioning. Internally, they may feel like they are constantly catching up, overthinking, avoiding tasks, disappointing themselves, or surviving on pressure and last-minute urgency.
ADHD can impact executive functioning, emotional regulation, planning, prioritizing, organization, communication, motivation, confidence, and follow-through. My work helps clients slow down, understand what is happening, reduce shame, and create practical systems that fit the way their brain actually works.
I specialize in coaching:
- Executives and professionals with ADHD who want stronger self-leadership, better follow-through, emotional regulation, communication skills, and sustainable performance without burnout.
- Entrepreneurs and small business owners with ADHD who have big ideas but struggle with prioritization, consistency, decision fatigue, accountability, structure, and execution.
- College students with ADHD who need support with planning, time management, motivation, academic follow-through, emotional regulation, independence, and confidence.
My approach combines ADHD education, executive function coaching, accountability, practical strategy, emotional awareness, and honest conversation. I do not believe ADHD means you are broken. I believe ADHD brains need the right structure, support, tools, and environment.
Before becoming an ADHD and Executive Function Life Coach, I spent over 17 years in the corporate world and earned two MBAs from the University of La Verne. I understand performance pressure, workplace expectations, leadership demands, business responsibility, and the emotional cost of trying to succeed while struggling internally with ADHD.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my teens and spent many years learning how to understand and work with my own brain. That lived experience deeply shapes how I coach. Clients often describe my coaching as compassionate, straightforward, validating, practical, humorous, and deeply personal.
At Heal and Thrive Psychotherapy & Coaching, my goal is to help clients stop fighting their brain and start building a life, business, school experience, or leadership style that works with more clarity, confidence, structure, and compassion.
