Client Testimonial

"My experience with Roxana has been transformative. Facing a late ADHD diagnosis, I was overwhelmed, but Roxana brought clarity and insight. She guided me to re-find my love for design, transforming how I approach complex decision-making in my international business. Everyone should have a Roxana in their life. I feel truly seen, and she has given me the courage to believe more in my strengths. It’s safe to say her expertise has turned a surprising diagnosis into a cornerstone of my success in the competitive world of luxury fashion."
- Andra, CEO of LOULOU

"Roxana has helped me see the wood for the trees I can recommend Roxana to anyone looking for an ADHD coach. Being diagnosed only last year at the age of 41, I was lost with knowing what to do and what this all meant. Roxana has helped me see the wood for the trees and it becomes easy to realise that you just need to understand how your brain works differently to others, and let you appreciate that ADHD can be your superpower. Roxana is the perfect guide to take you on this journey and she will literally help change your life for the better"

How I Became an ADHD Coach with a Focus on the ADHD Advantage
Before becoming an ADHD Coach, like many with ADHD, I worked numerous jobs. Until I finally found one that stuck. It was helping people! Helping people find and use their strengths in their career. I became an expert at recognizing strengths in various life stages and applied that knowledge to help big names like DHL, HSBC, NHS, and Johnson & Johnson in their recruitment and development through a Strengths-based methodology.

Here's why that matters: Every bit of research points towards the strengths methodology being the best for assessing and developing neurodiverse talent. I've seen it work wonders in both recruitment and coaching. When I specialized further with Advanced ADHD coaching at ADDCA, I stayed focused on strengths because it's not just what I do—it’s what I believe the secret to nourishing strengths is key to unlocking a satisfying and prosperous life.

Choose me as your ADHD coach, and together we will:

  • Map out how ADHD is influencing you decode the paradoxes of your ADHD brain
  • Optimize your strengths using a strengths-based methodology
  • Identify your blind spots and implement ADHD-supportive systems
  • Build strategies, rooted in your strengths, for daily life
