I'm a certified ADHD coach (AACC) based in London, helping adults, parents, and college students (16+) navigate life with ADHD. My journey into coaching began unexpectedly - after years working in film and television, my son's ADHD diagnosis transformed my career path. What started as a deep dive to support him led to my own late ADHD diagnosis - a huge turning point that gave me incredible insight into my own life and how to manage it better.
I work with strength and value-based coaching that helps clients cut through the overwhelm and discover how to make their brain work for them rather than against them. My approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in neuroscience - because understanding how your brain actually works changes everything.
Together, we'll explore who you really are beneath the ADHD challenges - uncovering your core values, recognising your unique strengths, and building on what already works well. Through our collaborative partnership, you'll develop practical strategies, build new habits, and create sustainable action plans aligned with what matters most to you. Self-kindness and self-awareness aren't just encouraged - they're the foundation of everything we do.
Whether you're navigating university, starting your career, managing relationships, parenting an ADHD child, or simply trying to get through the day without constant struggle, I provide a safe space to discover what you really want and create a clear path forward that honours who you are.

"Ruth is transforming my life and my understanding of myself. I am continually astounded at the realisations, breakthroughs and full-on epiphanies the I have in her sessions. Her clear explanation of how the challenges I have struggled with for decades relate to the way my brain is wired is amazing. As is her careful support and guidance in helping me understand how to change my habitual thought patterns and behaviours. I can’t thank her enough"
Working With Individuals
Looking through an ADHD lens, I work as your thinking partner, providing a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment where we can explore the challenges you face in your personal and professional life. I work with young adults, college students (16+), and adults navigating ADHD - whether you're managing university life, starting your career, or seeking to understand yourself better.
Together, we'll address essential executive function skills that can sometimes be obstacles - including organisation, planning, problem-solving, emotional regulation, time management, procrastination and motivation. Through our collaborative work, we'll identify what's holding you back and create your bespoke "operating manual" - a tailored framework designed to help you work with your unique ADHD brain, not against it.
Working With Parents & Families
As an ADHD mother of an ADHD child, I bring lived experience of how ADHD impacts the entire family. I understand the unique challenges of parenting with ADHD while supporting an ADHD child. Since completing my ADDCA family training, I offer both parent coaching (supporting parents in understanding and helping their ADHD children) and family coaching (working with teens 16+ and young adults). Working together in family coaching can transform household dynamics, reducing stress and conflict while building the mutual understanding and stronger connections that make family life easier for everyone.
What We'll Explore Together
In coaching sessions, we'll clarify your vision - identifying what you want more of in your life and what you'd like to see less of. You'll gain deep self-awareness around your executive functions, understand your strengths and challenges, discover your motivators and interests, identify your triggers, and learn exactly what makes you tick. We'll work on managing emotions, improving focus, completing tasks that feel impossible, and keeping track of what matters.
How It Works
Sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom, usually weekly and I recommend committing to at least 12 sessions - that's typically when clients start to see real transformation.
If you're curious about working together, let's start with a friendly 30-minute discovery call - completely free and no strings attached. We'll talk about what you're hoping to achieve and see if coaching feels right for you.
