Your ADHD is unique - so your coaching journey must be too. Bringing a lifetime of undiagnosed autism & ADHD together with neurodivergent parenting, I combine the strengths based focus of ADDCA's signature training with honesty, compassion and understanding.
Wherever you are, there is a path forward - coaching is your permission slip to go forwards to the life that you deserve.
I live in Scotland but coach clients from Seattle to Iceland online in personal sessions that allow you the space to dig into what's holding you back. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and late diagnosed adults but love kids and teens - completing Family in June 2023 because I believe that we all interact with other humans - and those around us are likely to be neurodivergent too.
I enjoy empowering you to reignite those dreams you left when the executive function challenges grew too big and perhaps family life came first for a while. Now is the time for your own path to be rediscovered.

"I am so glad I discovered Katherine: Working with her has been so impactful for so many reasons but just being able to talk to her and to have someone validate what I go through has been everything I've always needed. Then add being able to work with a kind and gentle person on creating a system to get unblocked, build new beliefs and habits. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs some extra help with life because of their neurodiversity."

Your coaching journey begins with a look at where ADHD is showing up right now and can travel through establishing your processing styles, executive function challenges and really understanding your strengths.
The direction afterwards depends on your vision - are you thinking of a career change? have you found that university or work have become too much, and your family life is suffering? Are you in the start up phase of a new business but the problems of your last job have come along with you?
Perhaps you've been in one role (parent, carer) or one career for so long, you don't really know who you are - or who you could be?
There is a safe and welcoming space where you can unpack all of this - and learn to continue to do so for yourself going forward. We all change and grow - with the right space, time and support. If those have been missing then here is your chance.
If your young person is struggling at school or socially, I also offer family coaching. They are not islands in an ocean, so the whole family (as far as possible) comes along for the ride. Understanding ADHD, family communication, executive functions and processing as well as how to scaffold these while they build their own 'self managing brain muscles' will create a more harmonious, coherent family and home.
