Client Testimonial

"Sam has been instrumental in helping me understand my ADHD and has been integral to getting me back on track both at work and at home. Our work together is uplifting but also strategic, there’s a focus to our sessions that is refreshingly productive. She’s also a pleasure to work with; I always feel prepared to take on new challenges after our sessions."
- Bachman

I’ve got your back!

At 52, after years of psychotherapy, psychiatry and various doctor-prescribed meds, I was diagnosed with ADHD. What a relief!

So much became clear that my brain was wired differently. This was the reason I often felt overwhelmed or painfully bored. There was an explanation for my impulsivity and lack of focus.  And for feeling misunderstood and judged!

In just one year of coaching I learned more about who I was and what I wanted out of life than I had during 7 expensive, boring years of therapy. I learned how my brain functioned and how to work with it. I learned how my ADHD impacted my husband and kids, and how my children’s ADHD (and my own) complicated our family dynamic. My coach and I identified my strengths, explored past successes and talked about who I wanted to be AND how I could be a better wife and mom.

Fast forward…. I am now an ADHD coach wanting to provide you with clarity and relief.  And to help you see the strong, creative badass you are!

Please allow me to join you on your ADHD journey. I will meet you where you are. You will be heard and seen. During our collaboration you will feel understood, supported and validated. We’ll strategize with systems that work for you so you can move forward empowered. Then we can dig into how you can manifest your best self and thrive, AUTHENTICALLY.
