"I have been working with Sammie for just a few months and we have accomplished so much together! Before we met, I had just been diagnosed with mild ADHD and had a few limitations really setting me back. Sammie has helped me uncover and understand how the ADHD brain works and why I have challenges when I have to complete certain tasks. What I have learned is mind blowing and has changed my life. We are working on several challenges now that have accumulated over the years where I envisioned a mountain when it was just a small hill to climb. She can help me break down big projects into smaller goals that also fit with my 'brain' and work style. Sammie is professional, yet approachable. She will challenge me and is great for accountability. She educates and provides so many a-ha moments. She is truly a gem, and I have recommended her to others needing help navigating their ADHD challenges."

Hey y'all, I’m Sammie – a late-diagnosed ADHDer, Autistic person, and certified career services professional turned ADHD coach. I was born and raised in South Texas (y’all) and am a proud Latina.
For over the last 10 years I’ve supported 1000s of college students and clients in building confidence across communication and career direction. My work spans higher education, executive coaching, and public speaking training. I especially enjoy working with professionals of color, neurodivergent folks, and immigrants navigating systems not built with us in mind.
In ADHD coaching, I bring clarity and warmth to help people turn chaos into choice. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to start this work. Many of my clients are still exploring their relationship with ADHD and neurodivergence. If you’re someone who struggles with follow-through, organization, time management, or general executive dysfunction: you’re not alone. Coaching can help you move beyond shame and into supportive strategies that actually stick. Coaching has helped me quite a lot.
Many people I’ve coached describe my coaching style as validating, grounding, and strength-focused. I use tools like VIA Character Strengths and processing modalities to help you sort your thoughts, manage your energy, and build systems that honor your brain’s needs. My background as a public speaking coach means I’m especially attuned to helping folks speak up and lead authentically.
When I’m not coaching, I love to teach salsa dancing, perform improv comedy, nerd out over relationship psychology, and hang out with my cat, Lili.
If you’re ready to explore “unmasking” I’d be honored to be your thinking partner in your journey.
