I am a certified ADHD and ICF Coach and I believe in creating meaningful outcomes by building self-awareness.  One of the ways we do this is by helping clients use their unique strengths, interests and passions to strengthen executive skills.  These are life skills.

ADHD and autism are in my family.  I know that schools, workplaces, and social settings can be intimidating, confusing, or exhausting for people with ADHD or related issues.  I envision a world where people with or without ADHD feel a full sense of belonging at home, at work, in social settings and in public, because they trust themselves to make the choices that work for them.  In coaching, we learn how our individual strengths, preferences, and challenges affect us - help us or hold us back - in our various settings.

With a deeper understanding of ourselves, we develop more informed choices that serve and support us across our environments.  As we explore possibilities and design best next steps with a clearer purpose in mind, we notice and keep track of what works. We celebrate what goes well and release what is not helpful.

Coaching is about trusting and trying new approaches with curiosity and no judgement.  We begin wherever you are right now.

Client Testimonial

“Sara Prince is not only a remarkable person but an incredible coach. Her listening skills are amazing and her suggestions are spot on and so very helpful. She has calmed my struggles that she has helped me identify and given me a great deal of support in the process. I am grateful for her help and expertise.”
- J.S.

I have a graduate degree in disability policy and extensive experience as a special education teacher.  I am comfortable coaching around school-related issues (processes and documentation.)

I also coach individuals (with or without ADHD or autism) who may have difficulty with nuances of personal interactions and seek more meaningful workplace experiences; I am eager and available to meet with and/or coach employers to promote workplace awareness as well.
