Queer ADHD is an ADHD coaching practice and resource center for the LGBTQIA+ adult community founded by Sarah Dopp. We offer group coaching memberships, as well as other community, education, and support resources. Our goal is to address the growing need for ADHD support in the queer, nonbinary, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and asexual communities—along with the rest of our alphabet identities.

"Queer ADHD has been transformative in helping me to understand my brain, my abilities, and my challenges related to ADHD. I received my diagnosis recently as an adult and having a space to learn and connect with other queer people with ADHD has been validating and incredibly useful. Because of the groups I've been a part of through Queer ADHD, I've been able to look at my life experiences with new perspectives and contexts and have been learning how to get unstuck from the shame cycle that is so often present for me. Thank you doesn't begin to cover it!"

At Queer ADHD, we believe in the community values of sharing resources and wisdom, as well as continually reminding each other that no, we are *not* alone. Because of these values, we proudly offer Group Coaching programs rather than individual coaching.
Our coaching groups are led by a small, trusted group of coaches (most of whom are ADDCA-trained). We do our best to match you with the best coach and group for you.
Our groups are kept small (up to 6 people) and meet weekly for 75 minutes. The coach provides each member with personal coaching time while also drawing from the wisdom of the group. Group membership is managed on a rolling basis, which means you can join or leave at any time.
We also hold weekly Community Sessions for ADHD education and support. All members have access to a private discussion space, virtual co-working sessions (body doubling!), and other special events.
All of our programs take place over Zoom and are open to LGBTQIA+-identified adults with ADHD anywhere in the world.
