I believe you need to find a coach who is a good fit for you, who aligns with you and has strengths that can support you. I believe the sooner we understand ourselves, the better life will be!

My strength is working with women, because I understand the struggles so many middle aged women with ADHD have been through and have worked my way around my own ADHD by using all my strengths to create the life I always deserved.

I decided to add to my existing skills as a Professional Organizer/Interior Decorator and Meditation Teacher after my own ADHD Diagnosis at 45. Realizing that self-reflection, self-love and self-acceptance are two extremely important aspects of dealing with ADHD and understanding pills don’t teach skills.

I have successfully raised four children into adulthood but look back and reflect on how much my whole family would have benefited from me having ADHD Coaching if it was available and I was even aware I had ADHD. My dream is to help as many people as I can to live the most fulfilling and deserving life full of self-love and self-acceptance.

Check out my website for more about me, my program and the services I provide.

ADHD shows up differently for all people, learn where your ADHD is working for or against you and implement the strategies that will work for you as an individual.

As a person with ADHD, I know you also have so many wonderful attributes just waiting to be acknowledged. You may be creative and imaginative, enthusiastic and entertaining, unique and innovative, an original thinker, highly motivated, sensitive and empathic, authentic and genuine, funny and witty, curious and open minded!

Yes, your ADHD can cause difficulties in areas around focus and attention, you may be easily distracted and have chaotic thoughts. It may even show up in the way you deal with your emotions and sensitivities, contribute to a fuzzy memory or hinder your ability to plan and organize, but let's learn to work with it!
