Client Testimonial

"Working with Selena has been a game-changer for me. She has this incredible ability to really listen and pick up on what I’m trying to say - even when I’m not saying it clearly. That level of empathy, paired with her deep experience, made me feel understood and supported from day one.

Throughout our sessions, we worked on everything from client acquisition and networking to shaping a clearer business strategy. She helped me pinpoint what I actually want to do, and more importantly, how to get there in a way that feels aligned with who I am.

One of the things I appreciate most is how she helped me find solutions that play to my strengths. She has a real gift for cutting through the noise, identifying what’s essential, and helping me move forward with focus and confidence. I surely recommend her to anyone who is looking for direction, and wishes to leverage their ADHD/Neurodiverse strengths to achieve the best out of career and life."

Selena’s prior 20+ year corporate career includes leadership roles and spans large-scale transformation, strategic marketing, creative brand building, culture and change management across matrix organisations such as Microsoft, Essity  and Mindshare. Selena brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by leaders navigating complex and demanding work environments both client, agency side and as a business owner.

As a New Zealander with a love of learning, cultures and connection, she has been fortunate to have lived and worked in Australia, The Netherlands, Curacao, London, U.K and now Germany. Gaining UK citizenship in 2016, Selena understands the complexities of working in and adapting to new cultures, languages and systems whilst raising a young neurodivergent family.

Her work is strengths based, goal and results orientated and involves being ‘bold with play, creativity and self trust’. Although focused mainly on coaching adults, her coach training extends to kids, teens and parents in service of supporting the whole person and their system/s.
