Client Testimonial

"Shannon Grace Clark-Sokol is an amazing ADHD life coach. I contacted her late November in regards to my daughter who was diagnosed with ADHD in her mid twenties and was struggling. After our initial phone consultation, I knew she was a perfect fit for our family. To see the life changes in my daughter since being coached by Shannon is amazing. I’m so proud of her growth thus far. Shannon has been a blessing to our family. I would highly recommend her❤."

- Maureen H.

Females who struggle with ADHD/unique brain wiring, do not present the same obvious tendencies as males, thus they are less likely to receive proper diagnosis.

Shannon believes that providing compassionate understanding, a safe non-judgmental environment for self-discovery, and strength-based coaching for females and families those participants will come to love the individual they stare at in the mirror on a daily basis, while enhancing their quality of life and those in around them.  She also believes ADHD Life Coaching will help individuals come to love themselves from the inside out and the outside in.
