Life-changing Support and Practical Strategies for ADHD

Sharon Collon, AACC
Sharon Collon, AACC

People with ADHD are my favourite people! I am passionate about helping people with ADHD have fun and functional lives. I use my lived experience (all 3 of my sons and husband have ADHD and ODD), 13 years of research and training at ADDCA to help and support those living with ADHD.

My company, The Functional Family, has assisted over 30,000 families. I have created online support groups where people can ask questions, connect and support each other. I offer one on one adult and teenage coaching, parent mentoring, a regular blog, podcast, a membership and an incredible 6 week online program, ADHD and Families.

Client Testimonial

"Coaching with Sharon has been a game changer for me.  She is relatable and has a lovely way of making me feel instantly at ease.  Not only have our sessions equipped me with practical tools to improve my life with ADHD but I have felt heard and supported the whole way through. Her incredible knowledge about ADHD has helped me understand myself better and create systems to make my life work for me.  I can't express how much I value our time together and the impact it has had on my life."
- Erin

When my first son was diagnosed with ADHD, I felt incredibly alone. There was information about how to help the child, but there was nothing on how to support the whole family. The journey of raising my beautiful boys with ADHD was isolating and exhausting. Listening to my husband's trauma filled stories of growing up misunderstood with ADHD made me want to change the experience, not only for my 3 sons but for all people with ADHD.

I began researching ADHD and developing systems to work with the ADHD brain. I realised that I could change the environment around my family to work with their strengths. I love anything that makes life with ADHD easier!  I am big on saving time and effort!

I want to help people with ADHD get back their time and energy, but most importantly create space for the good stuff!
