As an adult with ADHD I understand how ADHD causes daily ups and downs and the challenges it brings. I also know the challenges ADHD brings as a parent of two children also diagnosed with ADHD and other comorbidities. My goal as a coach is to help support you and/or your child learn more about how ADHD directly impacts the quality of daily life. Let's work together to discover areas in which you and/or your child are lagging in skills and knowledge to build up structure in your work, home, or school. Through working together, we will discover supports and strategies that can help improve in the areas in which you or your child can utilize when needed.

Client Testimonial

"I approached Stacy after I recognized that I, along with my ten-year-old son, have ADHD. As an educator, it was easy to observe these characteristics in others, but I clearly was unable to see the direct impact that ADHD had on my life. Meeting with Stacy has helped me make sense of so many struggles that have been present in my life for over 30 years. Stacy helped name and normalize the feelings, thoughts, and experiences that occur on a daily basis. I feel validated and supported during our sessions and throughout our weekly communication. Stacy has shown me how to successfully work with my ADHD and how to view this as an asset and not a detriment in my life."

- Lindsey Yocum

I discovered as an adult that I had ADHD, although I've known my entire life I had it. Unfortunately, I know the frustration of the 1990s when there wasn't much knowledge or support out there in the world for anyone who didn't fit the typical profile. Learning how to self cope and support myself was incredibly difficult. I know the struggle with feeling like a failure and knowing I am not working at my full potential. This is one of the many reasons I became truly passionate about becoming an ADHD Coach and helping others.

As an adult with ADHD and a parent of two children with ADHD, the struggle is real! The emotional dysregulation on all ends makes parenting a challenge. In order to be the best parent you can be, it's important to understand and unpack how ADHD affects you and/or your children. Additionally, my background as an educator impacts my coaching when working with kids/teens/college age clients. I know how to connect and support the school staff who directly works with your child, or support parents with the school system. I'm truly passionate about my coaching and I hope to break the stigma around ADHD so my clients can learn their true potential and feel successful in their lives!
