Client Testimonial

"Susan helped me to feel much more positive about myself and my ADHD across our sessions. She provided an empathetic ear, guidance on how to create strategies for myself and accountability as I worked towards my goals. I’ll always be grateful for her expertise”
- Jane, Researcher, U.K.

I work with teens and college students to discover their unique strengths and how to work with them, developing strategies to be implemented at school, in their social lives, and at home. I help parents discover how to best support their ADHD-impacted children and families both in and outside the home and develop plans that enhance family harmony.

If you are an adult client, we will work together to identify and overcome hurdles in your personal and/or professional lives. Also utilizing a strengths-based collaborative approach, we will discover how you can work with your unique characteristics, and leverage your strengths.  I will provide support for you to define your desired journey,  reach your goals and help you to align your life with your core values and objectives.

In my wide range of life experience as a High School Teacher, a Finance professional, a parent in an ADHD-impacted family, and as a Coach, knowing how to work with my ADHD has been essential in helping me to improve my life, and to set and achieve realistic goals.  My passion is to coach others with ADHD to realize their potential and to live better lives.
