Tamsin Morris, AACC
Tamsin Morris, AACC

I coach senior leaders and executives across high-pressure creative and corporate industries who've been diagnosed with ADHD as adults.

Before coaching, I spent 20+ years as a TV Producer, so I know what it's like to successfully lead under real pressure while masking exhaustion.

ADDCA-trained, AACC certified.

If you're a leader making sense of a late diagnosis and want coaching grounded in real high-performance experience, let's talk.

Client Testimonial

"I read Tamsin’s bio and felt very akin to her message. She felt relaxed in her approach and similar in life perspective to myself - I was not wrong!Tamsin is so genuine, caring, engaged and encouraging. I find her coaching always has a positive impact on me and my thought processes. She is hugely supportive, thoughtful but also brings fun into our sessions where its appropriate which relaxes me and helps me see things with a softer and kinder eye. She is completely genuine and shares experiences which put me at ease and help me see through my tough gaze! I have gained so much insight into myself and my experiences in my life with Tamsin as a reflective and caring guide. I would not hesitate to recommend Tamsin as a coach!"

A late diagnosis often lands differently at your level.

Aswell as the grief, there's clarity, as you start to see how much energy has gone into masking and overcompensating rather than working with how your brain actually functions.

My own background means I understand this from the inside. Two decades working at a high level in the TV industry, under constant pressure, tight turnarounds, and high scrutiny taught me exactly how easily that environment can push an undiagnosed ADHD brain to its limit.

Within my sessions, we don't start with generic productivity advice. We look at what's really driving the overwhelm, whether that's executive function struggles, years of masking, or the constant overthinking of being brilliant at your job while quietly convinced you're failing at it.

From there, we build practical systems that work with your brain rather than against it, and language to understand yourself and explain yourself to others.

The aim is for you to lead from a place, with Calm and Clarity.
