Coaching for ADHD professionals and academics ready to stop fighting their brains so they can do the things they love.

I’m a former academic, so I know exactly what it’s like to work in a high-pressure, unstructured environment – and how hard it is to balance high performance with well-being.

Together, we'll find flexible strategies that fit your unique flow, so you can stop feeling stuck and start trusting yourself to follow through.

Client Testimonial

"Working with Taylor is like a supportive, shared walk. I’ve gained a better understanding of why I approach things in specific ways. Our coaching partnership is a laboratory to experiment with making changes in areas that matter to me, with the ability to tap into someone with knowledge and a sincere desire to support along the way. I've gained a lot of knowledge that has been both invaluable and comforting."

I’m Taylor Allbright, PhD, and I am passionate about helping ADHD high-achievers build sustainable productivity and genuine self-trust.

I’ve worked as a college professor, an education researcher, and a K-12 teacher. I know what it’s like to manage an enormous and unstructured workload — balancing long-term research projects with the immediate demands of teaching, all while trying to keep up in high-stakes environments.

I also know what it’s like to completely burn out – and what it looks like to build success in a sustainable way.

As an ADHD coach, I combine science-backed strategies with real-world experience to help my clients navigate their work and lives without the cycle of overwhelm, guilt, and exhaustion — so they can navigate work and life with a lot more ease.

I don’t believe in rigid systems, forced discipline, or productivity for productivity’s sake. I DO believe in self-acceptance, balance and figuring out what actually makes your brain click.
